security.insecure_connection_icon.pbmode.enabled and security.insecure_connection_icon.enabled - they've been on for several years, can we remove them and the related tests?

Also security.insecure_connection_text.enabled and security.insecure_connection_text.pbmode.enabled which I don't think we're ever going to ship at this point?
