NET_BACat in now in gif.cpp, the only place it is used. It is renamed IL_BACat. **Change BlockAllocCat to BlkAllocCat to prevent collision with old code. Trace why xp_mcom.h needed in src/xpcompat.h. Why is xp_mcom.h needed in dllcompat.h for all decoders.
