+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1777468 +++
The fix that we ended up with in 1777468 didn't quite fix it for my system stylesheets, but it is a lot better. After some more investigation it turns out that setting padding-inline: 2px 5px; for .attachmentColumnHeader in messageIcons.css for linux fixes it.

User impact if declined: Some linux systems will cut off the end of the paper clip icon in the message lists
Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): tested on c-c, beta, ensured it applies to esr.
