Details

We should record telemetry in Firefox for

  • How many EchConfigs are found in HTTPS RR entries (even if ECH is not enabled)
  • Any failures from parsing EchConfigs and the reason code.

This will complement our existing telemetry which only measures whether connections using ECH succeed.

We'll need to improve how error codes are set when parsing records (see SSLExp_SetClientEchConfigs).
