Details
Steps to reproduce:
Open an options dialog of an add-on which contains a link with target="_blank". Click the link.
Actual results:
Options tab is now empty, no new tab is opened. Status bar shows address of link.
Expected results:
New tab with content of referenced webpage should open.
This works in TB 91 but fails in TB 102.1.1 and TB 104.0b2.
This is probably a duplicate of bug 1770105
