Preconditions
*In about:config set:
- "browser.theme.colorway-closet" to true
- "browser.tabs.firefox-view" to true
Steps to reproduce
- Maximize the browser
- Open Colorways modal from Fx view or from about:addon
- Slide the cursor on top of the screen until the Menu bar is displayed
- Observe the modal
Expected result
- The Colorways modal should move down along with the Toolbar.
Actual result
- The Colorways modal is stuck with its initial position.
Regression range
- Not a regression, the modal behaves the same way back to Fx 103.0a1.

Yes, The Print UI modal behaves in the same manner as Colorways modal. The comparison I've made was only with doorhangers like Tracking Protection or Location one, that go down the page once the Menu Bar appears.

I'm seeing this bug for the first time. Nice catch!
Does not affect fullscreen (F11) on Ubuntu. Testing with the print preview (CMD + P) on macOS the upper chrome slides over it, so it looks less broken than in the video above.
I've also noticed that on my MacBook Pro it doesn't slide as far since the status bar simply fades in rather than slides in. Only the window bar slides down.
For a fix it would be nice if we could somehow anchor the dialog better to the top chrome. I think right now it behaves like the content area which simply gets overlayed?
