There is a test fail in bct2, but I do not think it is caused by this patch.

Regression caused by (bug #):
User impact if declined: Missing feature to set the selected message via API.
Testing completed (on c-c, etc.): One month on BETA.
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): This has its own test. If that does not fail after uplift, we should be fine. Tested with local build.
