Several "Links in X site" not working bugs have been filed. I've decided that
it's time for them to be tracked

Added 173121 and 173796. Both seem to be related to cases of Bad HTML, but in
173796, StyleSheets are involved, which I belive is the cause of some bugs

Testcase:
Some links use the location.href way to change page, and they usually do it like
this:
<a onclick="location.href('http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie');">Go to a Page
of another browser</a>
Leaving the href="" attribute (Which I think is mandatory) out means
Mozilla(NGLayout/Gecko for the Phoenix/Chimera people like me) wont process it
as a link (IE takes anything as a <a/> tag as a link).

Stopped being lazy.
Perhaps some bugs could do with the "4xp" keyword.
