steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox Nightly
- Look in app menu "tool" section.
- No keyboard shortcut associated with Firefox View

I'm going to make the call to close this issue out after revisiting an email thread btwn myself, Gijs, Dao and Asa (also referencing Jamie's comments in this bug - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1789875).
From the Tools menu, users can access via Alt+T, F. Also acknowledging that if we wanted to introduce the Ctrl + [number] solution, it could lead to inconsistency/confusion.
