Steps to reproduce
- Launch FF .
- Perform browsing activity on the device(closing each website accessed).
- Go to Firefox View section.
- Click anywhere on Recently closed and Tab Pickup titles.
Expected result
- Sections are not collapsing/expanding when clicking on the titles of the sections.
Actual result
- Sections are collapsing/expanding when clicking on the titles of the sections.

- Improving this would greatly benefit the overall aesthetics of the page and increase the overall UX quality.
- As a user, I would want a clear indication of the fact that I could also click the title sections in order to perform the collapse/expand actions.

It's not clear to me what indication this would be. We already change the cursor. Ray?

This is as expected. A couple reasons - this was better than the alternative for accessibility.
The technical implementation here gives screenreader users a better reading than we had before.
The button is far out on the right and users relying on zoom might not see it. Having the pointer change to a hand over the header and allowing that to be actionable provides an interactive space more accessible to users who are zoomed in and a little feedback from the cursor change.
The large tap target is more accessible, especially for multi interaction type devices (touch screen laptops).
In our fast follow we have a story that will move the disclosure arrows to the left of the header as well which will make this all feel a little more coherent as the button and header/subheader will feel more like a single element.
