It's because of this stretch here:

That file is shared with both the Library and the Edit Bookmark panel, and a change to one won't necessarily work for the other.

-moz-box-align: center !important; on the same hbox doesn't help.

Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1749722

:dao, since you are the author of the regressor, bug 1749722, could you take a look? Also, could you set the severity field?

We're unable to reproduce this. Itiel, you still see this? Seems like this may have been resolved, or at least looks less broken than in your original screenshot.
