I just created an attachment "try this"
I need to create an attachment "whoops, this has correct logic", but i'd like to
rename "try this" to "something like this (broken)" or something similar.
it's quite common for people to need to rename their old patches as they attach
replacements (note: need doesn't mean they will if the ui is too complicated).
current ui:
Obsoletes: (optional) Check each existing attachment made obsolete by your new
attachment.

Proposed ui:
Obsoletes: (optional) Check each existing attachment made obsolete by your new
attachment.
[ ] 100020: [Talkback stack traces (2) ]
It should be possible to rename attachments without marking them obsolete.
