This is just a bit of cleanup. In bug 1786397, tgiles added some media queries for Firefox View in HCM. However, one of the changes was only made necessary due to a recent change in how the focus outline is implemented in the browser (see bug 1791024). Once that is resolved we can remove the media queries for focus outlines added in bug 1786397.

Let's track this update for Fx108 if possible. Hoping to address most bugs by this release that are related to a11y.

This is just cleanup though, it doesn't affect users, and its blocked by bug 1791024 which has been given a P3 priority (and no one assigned to it).

I flagged a question about status in the other bug thread. Will we need to relook at this once we have an updated design? My position is that since this isn't a pressing issue, we can probably close this one out and plan to reassess all a11y functionality for the updated FxView UI.
