Steps to reproduce:
AMD Barcelo (Ryzen 7 5825u), a refreshed AMD Cezanne currently tuns on Webrender software. It will be great to fully support hardware Webrender.
Actual results:
AMD Barcelo runs software Webrender
Expected results:
AMD Barcelo should fully run Webrender like AMD Renoir or Cezanne.

I'm adding this and several other models in the attached diff, we may want to find a better set of assumptions for allowing and blocking these GPUs as they are quite mature for several generations now.
