Steps to reproduce:

Used the latest version of Firefox from Snap in Ubuntu 22.04

Actual results:

Kinetic Scrolling does not work, even though it appears it should be enabled.

Expected results:

Kinetic Scrolling should work (page continues scrolling after user stops touching the touchpad).

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I can reproduce when running stable firefox. Not reproducing anymore under MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 though.
