Steps to reproduce:
Firefox Nightly, Win10: Open Manage Bookmars (Ctrl+Shift+O), drag the corner of the window to increase the window size
Actual results:
observe how the bookmarks list and view don't increase in size with the window, but instead some useless empty space grows
Expected results:
Inner elements should increase in size as the window increases in size
