Steps to reproduce:

Currently Firefox doesn't support createEncodedStreams, also docs are missing.

This breaks calls functionality in Mega.io which requires this:

My bad, I should have searched for the closed bugs before creating this one.
See also bug 1715697 comment 2 for why was this API removed.
