A quick UI clean up for the basic color scheme of the Address Book.
- 3 columns color background
- Dark mode variation improvements
- High Contrast mode variation improvements
- Change the filters icon
- Use a checkbox toggle and change wording for the horizontal/vertical switch
- Other minor CSS improvements
