In the other bug I said we could offer additional buttons
"automatically enable encryption if it's possible"
and
"automatically disable encryption if it isn't possible".
On second thought, it might be better to show those as checkboxes in the notifications (not as buttons).
So, a button instead of a checkbox would look about like in my image. Don't know how we could make the button text more concise. It would be a very wide button...
In the notification "OpenPGP encryption is available" a button "Always encrypt if possible" next to "Encrypt". That one would enable the setting.
Likewise in the notification "Encryption problem with <e-mail address>...".
A checkbox instead would act like a "remember decision" pattern. But only to enable the option because once it's enabled the notifications wouldn't show up anyway.
