It is using the wrong keyword and so the dependent field is not being evaluated correctly.
However, it seems that the dependant field, "layout_title_content_variable", is no longer used, so we may be able to get rid of the relationship, or the layout field altogether.
The layout field does seem to at least be used in tests

The layout_title_content_variable is no longer used, so it can be removed.
