This is a 404 for me, so I can't reproduce or find out what's wrong...

The URL used to work but now is returning 404 for me also.
Lukas, could you please provide again a valid URL to reproduce the issue?
Thanks.

Hani, can you reproduce with this URL? I cannot - I see a steadily decreasing download speed, and the page downloads way more than the "total" size listed (of a few KB - I see many MiBs being downloaded before aborting the download). I suspect a http network log would maybe help the networking team figure out what is going on here - fundamentally the download panel is "just" mirroring information it gets from the various channels. Maybe the http server is providing bogus filesize information.

I observed that the page is never fully loads in the first attempt to open, trying to download the page while the page is loading reproduced the issue. But after canceling the download and reloading it again solve the issue.
Reloading the page again loads the page immediately, trying to download the page returns "failed" attempt to download. But after trying to retry download it downloads immediately.

Faced the same results on both Windows 10 x64 and macOS 11.6.
