User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:107.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/107.0
Steps to reproduce:
OS: Linux Ubuntu Studio 20.04.5 LTS.
Firefox: add and set a local language in general settings.
Wait for Firefox update from Ubuntu.
Actual results:
Firefox come back to English UI settings.
User should go back to settings, download and set it local language again.
Expected results:
When Firefox is launched after update, it should gracefully download and set previous local UI language.
