Just updated to latest comm-central/mozilla-central version and, after building, when I try to connect to a TLS or STARTTLS imap account, asserts occur in the socket network code and can't then connect.
Accounts with no security connect and work OK.
To get it to run I commented out the asserts shown in the attached diff.
This is with the moz-central version 645227:a4a0e5f0e1d9 checked-out as used by the archived TB 12-11 daily.

I guess so. The workaround patch provided by b6 at bug 1801067 "fixed" it. Now it's working with latest "tip" version of moz-central after b6's diff applied.
I only looked back a few days for a bug like this since I didn't expected this kind of failure to be around that long.
