Steps to reproduce:

1.I went to the dontkillmyapp didn't do anything
2.i used the latest nightly, it didn't do anything

Actual results:

No matter how many tabs I have, they always refresh when I switch apps

Expected results:

Umm they should have been left where I actually left them?
