Since we don't have BuiltInThemeConfig.sys.mjs on comm-central (and never used colorways afaik) the test test_colorways_builtin_theme_upgrades.js is always failing on comm-central. Example failure: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer?job_id=401924994&repo=comm-central&lineNumber=5129
rpl suggested on Matrix this test should be disabled for Thunderbird. I agree, since we are not using the colorways infrastructure, disabling it should be fine.
