Verified as Fixed on the latest Nightly (111.0a1/20230123094444). Tested on Windows 10 x64 and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
Address bar attention color now uses 2 shades of “blue” depending on the background color of the address bar. Darker blue for a light address bar color and lighter blue for a dark address bar color.
Specifically concerning the bookmark star button in regards to the fix, see the attached screenshots for more details.
Verified the fix using the themes mentioned in Bug 1810124 which were primarily affected, along with several other non-affected themes.
