1.) Type something into the Address Bar, so that the Result List appears
2.) Now hover with the mouse cursor between two items

Actual: The hover highlight appears with delay.
Expected: The hover highlight should appear immediately.

This is a regression between Build 19-01-2023 and 20-01-2023.
