Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/109.0

Steps to reproduce:

Made website exceptions to allow them to store cookies across sessions

Details:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data >
[x] Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed > Manage Exceptions...
This list is empty despite me having made a number of exceptions in other installs of Firefox synced with this account. Most other settings are syncing fine.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/109.0

Actual results:

These exceptions are not synced across my Firefox Sync account

Expected results:

These exceptions should be synced across my Firefox Sync account, just like my other privacy settings.

Managed to reproduce this on Ubuntu 20.04, macOS 11.6 and on Windows 10.
