Some websites i.e. foxnews.com , CNN.com , 9now.com.au showing a bar at top stating that to view video on this site you should enable DRM.

Playback of videos work, its just that the banner is showing when it should not.

Can't post the entire log. Near the end of the output I see:

I've also been experiencing this on my Plex server for the past few days. I'm on Nightly and DRM is already enabled.
