When running AngularJS-Todo
https://browserbench.org/Speedometer2.1/InteractiveRunner.html
history.state accesses show up a tiny bit.
Getting to the the inner window seems to be particularly slow.

We could also possibly cache the value on the JS wrapper and make the access even faster, so, adding Cached to webidl and clear the cache when needed.

I can't see this now in the latest sp3.
