Steps to reproduce:
Standard software update by yum/dnf

Network/server issue? https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Logging may be useful
Tried a build from https://thunderbird.net?
As I wrote: "I had to set up email account on Evolution, there are many emails which Thunderbird does not show."
So that's not a network issue.
Haven't tried to build from source.
I tried to launch older version 102.7.0, it worked fine with servers, it received emails, but there was an issue with filters - it duplicated junk emails so I deleted it.
I found on reddit the same issue, so I'm not alone in this.
I don't like Evolution as it's slow and clumsy.
I'd prefer Thunderbird.

No need to build from source, but please try a binary to make sure the distro package isn't causing it. Just download and tar xfvj.

It seems you're right. Binary from tar worked fine.
