Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/110.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Find a random Twitter video
- Open video in PiP window
- Go full-screen (PiP window)
- Wait for Twitter to change resolution of the video automatically (according to internet speed)
Actual results:
Full screen goes weird, PiP window's size changes randomly and forgets previous state of the window.
Expected results:
Full screen shouldn't go weird, pip window's size shouldn't change.

Thanks for filing this!
This bug sounds similar to bug 1677080 which landed in Firefox 112.
Are you able to reproduce this in Firefox Nightly?

I can't reproduce this in Nightly so I'm marking as duplicate of bug 1677080.
