Based on local testing, this appears to be caused by bug 1817126. STR for me are panning around and zooming in & out with my mouse wheel on Google Maps. Crashes the GPU process for me within 10-15s. If I backout bug 1817126, I don't crash anymore.

Bug 1817126 has been backed out and reopened. We can close this out once we confirm via Socorro that the crashes are gone.

No crashes with latest Nightly.
