Noticed by Wayne.
Drag and drop of folders has regressed again after we last tried to fix it in bug 1815645.
Fails on
- Beta 111.0b2 (64-bit), Win10
- Daily 112.0a1 (2023-03-02) (64-bit), Win10
STR (tested on gmail-IMAP, should check POP3, too)
- Right-click on Inbox > New Folder... > name it
subfolder1
- Right-click on Inbox > New Folder... > name it
subfolder2
- In folder pane, Drag subfolder1 into subfolder2
Actual
- Daily: shows drag-move icon, subfolder2 is allowed target, but drop does nothing (folder not moved)
- Note: On Daily, restarting TB will show that the folder move succeeded on the server, but it's not shown in the interface. That's actually worse, because now my UI is in an undefined UI state which isn't even real.
- Beta: no drag-move icon, won't budge in any way
Expected
- drop should move subfolder1 into subfolder2 and show that instantly without restarting TB
Needs checking if caused by new IMAP implementation.

On Mac, 2023-03-07 is the latest build.
On that build, I cannot even get subfolder2 accepted as a drop target. I can pick up subfolder1 and move it around, but I cannot drop it on subfolder2.
ah! My mistake; the above was with my own IMAP server: Linux Dovecot 2.3; perhaps that doesn't allow this.
On gmail-IMAP it works fine; the move is shown instantly, without restarting TB.
