User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021123 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021123 Windows XP (and maybe Win2K) have the concept of a package being available to all users or just the current user. Software that supports this normally asks this question at the start of the installation. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Mozilla on WinXP 2. No question asked Actual Results: Mozilla is installed for All Users. Expected Results: Person doing install should have a choice. From my limited knowledge, I think this just affects where the Program Group is placed. That is, in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs, or in C:\Documents and Settings\Whatever Current User Name Is\Start Menu\Programs. However, there is probably more to it than that.
