a mailto-URL does not respect "%0A" but not longer HTML-commands.
This did change with Mozilla 1.2, see example below.

Steps to Reproduce:
Check following HTML code with Mozilla 1.0/1.1 or 1.2:
<html><body>
<a HREF="mailto:foo@bar.com?Subject=MySubject&
body=Line1<BR>Line2<BR>">works only in Mozilla 1.0/1.1</a>
<BR>
<a href="mailto:foo@bar.com?Subject=MySubject&
body=Line1%0ALine2%0A">works only in Mozilla 1.2</a>
</body></html>
Actual Results:
The first Link does show
Line1<BR>Line2<BR>
in Mozilla 1.2
The second link works now in Mozilla 1.2 (Bug 21322 seems to be fixed there)
Expected Results:
Line1
Line2
for both mailto URL examples from the example code above.
The "Formatting Toolbar" not longer shown in a mail window created by mailto.
From "Compose Mail" it _is_ shown in my configuration (also using Mozilla 1.1).

should be
a mailto-URL does NOW respect "%0A" but not longer HTML-commands.
Reporter, please attach your testcase to this bug (click "Create a New Attachment").
There has been a bug in Mozilla for a while where mailto links always spawn
plain-text composition windows regardless of the "Compose Format" setting, but I
can't find the original report now. Duping to Bug 190120 for now.
