Bug 1660198 added installation data to a single legacy telemetry event. Bug 1811374 will add that to new profile pings. That data includes the installer type, whether the install was a pave over installation, and whether other installations existed. All of that state is likely to be valuable for targeting experiments.

This is all Windows-only.

Technically this doesn't depend on Bug 1811374 but I think it will want to build upon that work.

If you can wedge it into an OMC sprint (after Bug 1811374 does the preparatory work) that would be appreciated. DI would only be able to get to it when we have a use case, which is probably too late for live use since it'll need to ride the trains.
