This also happens in the Cookie manager (Remove All button) and when moving mail between folders. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Do any of the operations listed above. Actual Results: Disk thrashing for a few seconds after doing the operation. Expected Results: Work in the same way as 1.2 beta. Computer is Windows 98, 64 meg, 266 mhz.

I've got a bookmarks file of about 350K, it takes 3-4 seconds to write it...
