Steps to reproduce:

Look at the Folder Pane Header

Actual results:

The 'Get All Messages' dropdown is now missing from Folder Pane Header (Shift+F5)

Expected results:

There is only the single 'Get Message' available in the Folder Pane Header, which only works on the active Account.
There used to be a 'Get All Messages' option, which carried out the instruction on all the accounts.

Thanks Jonathon, this is being worked on in bug 1817915.
Not sure what the new Get Messages button really does, tooltip has no hint wrt accounts polled, and activity manager didn't show anything either. Strange.
