[Prerequisites]:

• Have any of the “ar” or “hi-IN” Firefox builds installed.
• Have the nimbus.debug pref set to true.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser from the prerequisites.
2. Copy and paste the following link in a new tab:
   about:studies?optin_slug=awesome-bar-result-menu-rollout-phase-1&optin_branch=control-rollout&optin_collection=nimbus-preview
3. Restart the browser.
4. Open a new tab and perform a search using the Address Bar.
5. Close the tab and open a new one.
6. Type the string used to perform the search at step 4.
7. Hover the history search result and click the Results menu.
8. Observe the options strings.

[Expected result]:

• The strings are translated to the correct locale.

[Actual result]:

• The strings are not translated.

[Notes]:

• This issue is not reproducible on "fr", "de", "ru", and "he" builds.
