Same on Chrome and Edge, except Edge now opens its own custom share dialog instead of the Windows one. Arguably Microsoft hasn't been maintaining the feature with the known issue of no success event from clipboard sharing, is Microsoft throwing it away?

But it could be just a temporary bug. Reproducible on 22624.1546.
