Details |
Bug 1816568 added Windows 11 as test platform. It didn't get added to the list of platforms which run as tier 1 and runs with the default value as tier 2. There are still some tasks running on Windows 10. Therefore these platforms are not getting removed.

Most Windows 10 test suites got turned off, Windows 11 needs to run as tier 1
to require backouts for Windows-only test failures.
