This meta-bug is expected to track Bugzilla-ru dependencies on features and/or
problems in mainstream Bugzilla.

Should this approach to dependency tracking be considered harmful, we can safely
land this bug.

The russian translation is not supported by bugzilla developers, so this bug has
nothing to do in this DB, IMO. And looking at the very high activity in this bug
(humor), I don't think it is useful to anyone. Closing the bug per comment 4.
