It seems we forgot to apply the correct CSS to the fallback warning page, so it's not displaying the box around the error message as the mode3 error page is doing.

This issue still occurs in our latest Nightly as well as our latest Beta 114.0b1 builds.
The DOH mode 3 fallback warning page still has the Box around the error message.

I missunderstood from the description, In fixed builds the Frame displayed on the fallback warning pages with DOH mode 3 Max Protection is also displayed for Increased Protection, This issue is Verified as fixed in our latest builds.
