GfxInfo::FireGLXTestProcess() is fired for background tasks when we don't care about glx test results. For instance for:

115651 pts/0 tl 0:00 _ /raid/src4/objdir-opt/dist/bin/firefox --backgroundtask removeDirectory v8wjffyr.t2/storage to-be-removed 0 --metrics-id Quota
