When clicking on a mailto: link in an HTML page, the email editor is brought up,
but the formatting bar is completely missing (the bar with bold, font size, etc.)
The formatting bar is displayed as expected if 'Compose' is clicked on from the
main Mail window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
SkyPilot theme installed, not that I know if it matters.
