Summary: The Folder Pane loses icons after 2nd launch.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch mail, shutdown.
2. Launch mail again.
3. Look at the Folder Pane.
Expected Results:
Folder Pane contains icons and folders in a tree view.
Actual Results:
We're missing the icons in the Folder Pane.
I'll attach a screenshot.

Is this some sort of XUL caching problem? I'll start looking at recent
checkins, time permitting. Happens with both Modern and Classic. (And, it
actually takes the 3rd restart in some cases for the icons to be missing.)

yes, it's a xul cache problem. If you delete your xul cache, it works fine. this
broke sometime yesterday or today.
