Steps to reproduce:

I have been using Firefox (always up to date) on a Laptop for a while now and use Sync too because I want to have access to my bookmarks on my phone seamlessly too.
My Laptop got old and inadequate so I changed it this week.
I've installed Firefox and logged in.
On my old laptop I sync my Bookmarks, Settings and Add-on only.

Actual results:

I actually did got my booksmarks back and Add-on back.
However, this is the only thing I got.
I do actually have 11 Logs for Sync errors.

By digging a little deeper, it turn out that it's the same on my phone. I only have the Bookmarks.

Expected results:

Things I was expecting to see Sync that are not (only what I'm sure of):

My preferred language and appearance
Cookies and Site data Exceptions (Biggest Issue)
My history setting (Second biggest issue)
My theme and
Toolbar customization was not the same

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Settings UI' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
