Steps to reproduce:
I am on gentoo linux with musl/hardened/selinux overlay. I have compiled firefox with these useflags
www-client/firefox-113.0.1::gentoo was built with the following:
USE="X dbus hardened jumbo-build openh264 pulseaudio screencast (selinux) system-av1 system-harfbuzz system-icu system-jpeg (system-libevent) system-libvpx system-webp telemetry wayland (-clang) -debug -eme-free -geckodriver (-gmp-autoupdate) -hwaccel -jack -libproxy -lto (-pgo) -sndio -system-png (-system-python-libs) -wifi" L10N="-ach -af -an -ar -ast -az -be -bg -bn -br -bs -ca -ca-valencia -cak -cs -cy -da -de -dsb -el -en-CA -en-GB -eo -es-AR -es-CL -es-ES -es-MX -et -eu -fa -ff -fi -fr -fur -fy -ga -gd -gl -gn -gu -he -hi -hr -hsb -hu -hy -ia -id -is -it -ja -ka -kab -kk -km -kn -ko -lij -lt -lv -mk -mr -ms -my -nb -ne -nl -nn -oc -pa -pl -pt-BR -pt-PT -rm -ro -ru -sc -sco -si -sk -sl -son -sq -sr -sv -szl -ta -te -th -tl -tr -trs -uk -ur -uz -vi -xh -zh-CN -zh-TW"
When I try using jitsi, screensy or any other screen sharing service I can't share my screen at all it doesn't detect my screen.
Actual results:
I am on Hyprland and Sway (Wayland) and the default way of detecting which monitor you want to use is by slurp. Now slurp allows me to click on a monitor but after that firefox doesn't even share it.
Expected results:
Firefox should have been able to share my screen.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Gtk' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Thanks for the report! Please check if applying the patch from bug 1832770 fixes the problem. Firefox 114 will be released 2023-06-06.
I can confirm that this works thanks will this be added in ff114?
