User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/113.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox
2. Navigate to the OneDrive web app and select a folder that's larger than 1 GiB.
3. Download the folder.

Actual results:

OneDrive creates a zip file with the folder contents and Firefox downloads it. Firefox shows the pie indicator near the address bar. The Firefox window becomes unresponsive (e.g. clicking on a different tab does not change the current web page displayed). It responds to some user interactions after a delay of a few seconds (e.g. opening the menu). Opening the menu does not display the menu item labels, only the shortcuts).

Expected results:

Firefox should have remained responsive and react to user interactions as it does while it does NOT download a large file.

The operating system is a Fedora Silverblue installation with the following output of rpm-ostree status

Can you try plain Mozilla binary under X11 (not Wayland)?

I confirm running the binaries under X11 does not cause the issue to happen. I can switch tabs, interact with web pages, see the menu and the menu item text labels, and also interact with the downloads pane when clicking the downloads button in the toolbar. Everything is normal.
